Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
All items are made to order, so cannot be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be faulty. You must provide photographic evidence of the fault to bonjour@enfantterrible.shop. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange the item instead, please reach out to bonjour@enfantterrible.shop with your request.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
